Teams will be divided evenly amongst ten divisions. The number of teams in each division will be determined by the total number of teams in FANTASY BASEBALL.

To determine weekly winners each Monday, the point totals from games played the previous 7 days (Monday-Sunday) will be used. First weekly prizes will be awarded April 7, 2008, and based on games played March 30 - April 6, 2008. Last weekly prizes will be awarded September 29, 2008, and based on games played September 24-September 30, 2007.

The Best 20 of 26 weeks are used to determine prizes.

Cash prizes are awarded in U.S. dollars. In the event of a tie, cash prizes will be added together and divided evenly among those who have tied.

No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted, except that CDM reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value or greater if the advertised prize is unavailable. All prizes are awarded "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability for a particular purpose). All taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. A 30% U.S. income tax withholding will be applied to all non-U.S. prize winners. In the event that the awarding of any prizes to winners of the Contest is challenged by any legal authority, CDM reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine whether or not to award such prizes.
